The service was easy and all the vacuum hose are pretty good and has a strong suction. The chemicals and products are great and doesn’t leave any tiny speck after the wash, highly recommended.

I’ve been a member here for only a month, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The customer service is terrible. During my visit today for a car wash, one of the employees yelled at me without any reason and made racist remarks loud enough for me to hear. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and should never be tolerated. To make matters worse, the car wash itself doesn’t even do a good job cleaning the vehicle. Between the poor service and the disrespectful treatment, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. If I could give this business zero stars, I would. Overall, this was a -10/10 experience, and I will be canceling my membership immediately.

DO NOT GO THERE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & BROKEN SYSTEMS! I went there this morning to redeem a referral coupon.......yes previously referred people there......and their machine process of how to enter coupons changed because of an update which was not listed on the entry screen or on the coupon, the host website was down so the coupon bar code and number would not show so could not redeem inside the office, and the customer service guy said that I was the first with using a coupon so could not do anything. I got better customer service at the public library I was just at and at Tsunami Car Wash!! Pop sure needs to do better with their customer service!

I initially had a frustrating experience trying to cancel my policy. For two months, I was still being charged for services I no longer needed, and due to my busy work schedule, I wasn’t able to stop in right away to resolve it. When I finally spoke with someone, I was told I wouldn’t be eligible for a refund or reimbursement, which was very upsetting and left me not wanting to return. I shared my experience in a review, and within 24 hours, the owner personally reached out to address my concerns. Matt took the time to listen, showed genuine care for his customers, and worked to make things right. He not only provided a full refund but also offered 50% off the monthly membership. I truly respect the level of accountability and care he demonstrated. It completely changed my perspective. If you’re looking for a business that values customer service and stands behind its clients, this is absolutely the place to go.

They dont hand dry and they NEVER get the back end cleaned. And when I canceled my membership, they continued to bill me until I went in to complain. It's a nice new place with free vacuuming, but be prepared to bring towels with as their auto-drying at the end just doesnt get your car dry. Also, they had a problem with their track and somehow, the 2 cars ahead of me ended up hitting oneanother.
